What We Do

We conduct independent workplace investigations into issues such as:

  • Discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment claims

  • Retaliation concerns

  • Employee misconduct and policy violations

  • Leadership and workplace behavior concerns

  • Sensitive, high-risk employee complaints

Workplace investigations are not just about finding facts; they are about ensuring your organization responds appropriately and confidently when there is reason to believe a violation may have occurred.

Why It Matters

Effective investigations help organizations:

  • Comply with federal employment laws

  • Reduce legal and financial risk

  • Maintain a fair and respectful workplace

  • Protect organizational reputation and retention

Employers have a responsibility to promptly and confidentially investigate complaints and take appropriate corrective action where needed.

We help you meet that responsibility with confidence.

Our Approach

We follow a structured, defensible process grounded in EEOC guidance and SHRM best practices:

  • Prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations

  • Clear scope definition based on the seriousness of issues

  • Objective interviews and evidence gathering

  • Credibility assessment and fact validation

  • Clear, well-documented findings and reports

Every investigation is tailored to the specific situation because no two workplace issues are the same.

We also align our work with a structured investigation framework that includes determining whether an investigation is required, gathering and analyzing data, and providing recommendations for corrective action and risk mitigation.

We take investigation inquiries from business owners, HR professionals, attorneys, and managers.

When to Call Us

You should consider an external investigator when:

· The situation involves senior leadership

  • Internal HR lacks capacity or neutrality

  • The issue is high-risk or highly sensitive

  • You need objective, third-party credibility

  • You want a defensible, well-documented process

What You Receive

  • A clear investigation plan.

  • Conducted interviews with relevant parties, with signed statements.

  • Thorough review of documentation and evidence.

  • A written report summarizing findings, including a detailed timeline from the day you call us.

  • Practical and objective recommendations for next steps.

Our goal is simple: give you clarity, reduce your risk, and help you move forward.
